💗 DONATION UPDATE 💗

We’re really sorry to share that, unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept donations until further notice.

We completely understand how disappointing and frustrating this may be, especially when you’re kindly taking the time to donate to our store. Please know that this is the last thing we want to do. We are incredibly grateful for every single donation and for the continued support we receive from our local community.

At the moment, we are a small store with very limited space, and we are currently working through a large amount of stock. With reduced staffing this week, we simply don’t have the capacity to safely process and store additional donations.

Although we appreciate that it may seem reasonable to accept just one or two bags, we have to apply the same limit consistently to everyone. Once we begin accepting small amounts, it can quickly become difficult to manage the volume of donations coming into the store. Our priority is making sure that we can properly process, display and sell the donations we already have rather than becoming overwhelmed.

This decision has been made with health and safety, our staff and our ability to continue providing a good service to our customers and donors in mind.

We also kindly ask that our staff are treated with patience and respect during this time. Our team are doing their absolute best to manage the situation, and we genuinely appreciate your understanding and kindness while we work through it.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and are working hard to get everything under control so that we can resume accepting donations as soon as possible.

💗 Thank you for your patience, understanding and continued support of our store and the work we do in our community. It truly means so much to us. 💗

We’ll keep you updated as soon as we are able to accept donations again.
