Across Northamptonshire, poverty continues to shape the lives of far too many people.

Rising living costs, housing pressures and limited access to timely support are pushing individuals and families into impossible choices. People working hard to stay afloat are finding that employment alone is no longer enough to protect them from hardship.

Every donation made to our Poverty Hurts fundraising appeal goes directly to grassroots charities and community organisations supporting local residents and families experiencing poverty.

In partnership with the Northamptonshire VCSE Assembly and Northamptonshire Lord-Lieutenancy, we're connecting professionals with charities that need support in areas like governance, finance and marketing.

A wonderful afternoon at Harrowden Hall for the High Sheriff Jazz Afternoon and High Tea. 🎷☀️

A huge thank you to Northamptonshire High Sheriff Roger Butler for hosting such a special event in support of Northamptonshire Community Foundation and the High Sheriff's Initiative Fund.

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who attended and contributed so generously through the raffle, auction and Heads & Tails. Your support will help grassroots organisations continue their vital work to reduce crime and anti-social behaviour, strengthen communities and create lasting positive change across Northamptonshire.

Did you know that only 1 in 4 UK businesses support charities? Yet businesses can play a vital role in strengthening the communities where they operate.

That's why we're shining a spotlight on the members of our Corporate Giving Network. Together, they form a giving circle of like-minded organisations whose contributions are combined to fund local groups providing life-changing support to people across Northamptonshire.

"It was important that our 2026 charity initiative focused on making a positive impact within our own community. Northamptonshire Community Foundation's Corporate Giving Network aligns perfectly with this objective." - Ambivent Facilities Management

Thank you to Ambivent Facilities Management for joining other local organisations committed to creating meaningful, lasting change across Northamptonshire.

If your business wants to make a difference on its doorstep, join our Corporate Giving Network and help shape support for the causes that matter most in our county.
