Nene Valley Organ & Keyboard Club Northampton NVOC Presenting professional keyboard musicians in concert. Every style of music played on stunning musical instruments, Non members are very welcome.

From September 2014 our concerts will be held at The Plough Hotel Northampton on the 3rd Monday of every month. We are an electronic organ club based in Northampton, U.K. We have a membership of around 120 members and the interest is forever strong. In November 2004 we celebrated our 25th Anniversary with a spectacular show featuring Byron Jones and Peter Hayward. Organists that have performed for

the club over the years include: Nicholas Martin, Jean Martyn, Robert Wolfe, Janet Dowsett, Catherine Drummond, the late Ken Stroud, Chris Powell, Daniel Watt, Andrew Mackay, Matthew Bason and John Walker

SUNDAY 17th MAY

We hope you can join us for our Sunday afternoon concert with Mark Speight

Mark is from Blackpool and is a regular organist at the Tower Ballroom. Mark will entertain us on a Yamaha ELC-02- if you were at the concert last month it is the same organ but played in Mark’s own style. A great variation of music. Mark’s last concert for us was very enjoyable.

Looking forward to seeing you, doors open at 2.00 for a 2.30 start.

Our first Sunday daytime concert at our new venue was a turn up for the books.

Close to 50 people enjoyed a fabulous concert from Michael Carter.

For context; our previous Monday evening concerts would struggle to attract an audience of 30
