IHWO Bharatanatyam Dance Classes One of the oldest form of dance style. Bharatanatyam, originating from the state of Tamil Nadu, South of India. Beginners: 5pm - 5.45pm
Advanced: 5.45pm - 6pm.

Bharatanatyam teaches the disciplines of dance and culture. Originally, Bharatanatyam was an art performed by Dasi's who danced in temples.

'Bha' - Bhavam (means expression)
'Ra' - Ragam (means music)
'Ta - Talam (means beat or rhythm)
Natyam (means dance) which together form the word 'Bharatanatyam'. Materials learnt in the classes include dance, theory and history of the dance and it origins. Classes run EVERY Thursday: 5pm - 7pm; split into 2.
