We are partnering with Talking Therapies to prove a 6 weekly walk and talk session at Bellinge Community House. Please contact Talking Therapies direct or speak to your social prescriber to refer you in.

Here at SPRING we love nothing more than a good collaboration :)
For the last three years we have worked alongside Aqualight @ northamptonshire Northamptonshire Sport and Pearls of Peace Northampton to provide a safe space for a Womens Wellbeing swim at Barry Road Swimming pool.

Here's Paula our Social Prescriber from Spring Social Prescribing in the Borough of Northampton and Lauryn from Aqualight who have helped 100's of women regain their confidence in the water.

SPRING are so proud to be working along side Workbridge to provide a 6 week course to support SPRING's neurodivergent clients. Yesterday was our first week of a low pressure programme to support with organisational skill's starting and finishing tasks, planning and remembering things.

We still have a couple of spaces left for the remaining 5 weeks so if you feel this could be of interest please do speak to your social prescriber to book on.⌚️⏱️⏰⏲️🕰️

The event was well attended and we loved hearing the SPRING and Growing Together Northampton Community Choir sing in the Weston Favell centre.

We recently held our annual dementia awareness day. This is a regular event we hold through dementia awareness week, with the aim of helping those living with dementia and their loved ones with a way to find help and support.

Organised by Neena Q**m, Lead Dementia and Delirium Nurse based at NGH, this year we were hosted by Weston Favell library.

Neena said “It was a really successful day. Having worked with people with dementia I know that it can be overwhelming when people first have the diagnosis. This year we saw lots of people visit the stands and talk to the exhibitors”.

We’d like to thank the organisations who attended on the day and everyone who visited to find out more about dementia and of course lovely team at Weston Favell Library”.

The event also had an uplifting performance by the Growing Together choir who performed on the upper level of the mall. This was enjoyed by the shoppers and our attendees, and gave everyone an excuse to sing along with their medley of songs.
