Blood Pressure in Black Communities

This Saturday 29th August, 10:30am, we host a Cardiovascular researcher from the University sharing good insights on his research.

In addition, we host the Age Well team who shares about the available support for age 55+ in African Caribbean communities in West Northants.

Tuesday 11th August, we were out in the community at Rectory Farm Community Centre giving out free food parcels + groceries & fresh fruits to families.
Most beneficiaries were families with children who rely on free school meals. We try to do this every school holiday.

Massive thank you to all who made this possible; Co-op at Rectory Farm, Community Spaces Northampton, James Hill, Taylor Cowley-Coulton, for Blackthorn and Rectory Farm.
Big shout out to Keith Holland-Delamere for coming out as usual to serve the community. And to the team Shine Development Conceptcic you are a star.

We'll be giving out free food parcels to residents especially families where children rely on free school meals.

Our foodbank has supported thousands of vulnerable families with food parcels for the past 14 years.

However, due to the present economic conditions, it's been a struggle to keep running the foodbank. We're seeking your help through your monthly giving so we can keep our doors open.
