Friends of Dallington Park

Has anyone seen Mia please? The cat has been missing for over a week from Dallington. Please could people check their garages and sheds in case she is trapped.

Please consider supporting one of our local businesses in Dallington. The Wheatsheaf Dallington have many varied events across the year. Take a look at their page to see what is on.

Wonderful to have our own secret garden included

🌿 It’s Your Neighbourhood 2025 is here — and bigger than ever! 🌿

We’re so proud to have 21 community groups taking part in this year’s It’s Your Neighbourhood — almost double the number from last year! 💚

From secret gardens and community allotments to sensory spaces and neighbourhood planters, each project is a brilliant example of local people coming together to improve their surroundings.

Over the next few posts, we’ll be sharing the inspiring stories behind each group.

Thank you for a wonderful write up of our Secret Garden by Northampton in Bloom, we are so lucky to have such a wonderful space in our park. Thank you to our team of volunteers which continue to maintain and develop this special area for the whole community to enjoy.

Does anyone have contact details for the club which is playing football in the park on a Wednesday night please? The children are playing early evening around 6? They were there last night at this time, not sure what time the session / matches started?

Please see below for anyone who is interested in attending the next Friends of Dallington Village meeting.

A dog has gone missing from Dallington Haven, it is a black Rottweiler. Please get in touch with the owner if any sightings.

Reunited 😊

Phone lost in the park, it has been picked up. Hopefully the owner will recognise and get in touch. I have a number for the person who has the phone saved for you if ringing your own phone doesn’t work.

Sorry to be posting this but does anyone recognise this cat please? We believe they were clipped by a car on Dallington Park road about 40 minutes ago. We believe the cat is injured. Attempts have been made to catch the cat to take to the vets but sadly it has run off into a garden. Please let us know if anyone knows whose cat this could be or is looking for their cat. We have tried knocking on neighbours doors but haven’t been able to identify an owner.
