The organisation will be the first point of call for disabled people in the local area, but not solely local individuals, for their health and sport matters. We will be able to use our experience and good links to sports development agencies and National Health bodies to offer our best advice. The organisation will help break down barriers across the community, allowing interaction with a wider ra

nge of people and so help mutual understanding .It will also increase confidence in all participants.

We’re excited to be bringing two welcoming yoga classes to Arnesby Village Hall every Thursday 💚 starting next week, 4th June 2026!

Our morning Chair Yoga session focuses on gentle, accessible movement to support balance, mobility and relaxation, while our evening Village Yoga class offers grounding flows, breathwork and time to unwind.

Both classes are designed to help you move, breathe and feel good in a friendly and supportive environment — whether you’re completely new to yoga or returning to it.
