📢 Community Safety Update

A new Knife Amnesty Bin has now been installed at Broadmead Church, Broadmead Avenue, Northampton, providing a safe and anonymous way for anyone to dispose of unwanted knives and bladed items. Knife amnesty bins help remove weapons from our communities and play an important role in reducing knife crime and keeping people safe.

The bin is available for use at any time, and knives can be deposited anonymously with no questions asked. Knife amnesty bins have been introduced across Northamptonshire as part of ongoing efforts to tackle serious violence and make our communities safer.

These absolute angels (or whatever halloween outfit they choose...😁) have chosen us again

Last time half the funds for another Corby amnesty bin were raised. Eat pizza on halloween from them to help us get the other half raised 🙏

🍕 69 pizzas, £587 raised and another brilliant night of community support! ❤️

Thanks to everyone who ordered on Saturday, we’re sharing the pizza love with three fantastic causes:

🚒 Fire Fighters Charity — £155
💚 Corby Foodbank — £180
🤝 Off The Streets — £252

That brings our total raised since January 2025 to an incredible £17,263.49! 🎉

A huge thank you to this month’s sponsor, Foodmaker, for covering our costs so 100% of your pizza money can go to charity. And to our wonderful volunteers and everyone who ordered, shared our posts or cheered us on — you make this possible. 💛

It can be found at the Market Walk East car park at Willow Place.

The bin has been funded by Corby Town Council with partnership work from Off the Streets NN CIC Northamptonshire Police and Willow Place & Corby Town Shopping
