Welcome to the Overstone Playing Field Association (OPFA) page - Overstone Playing Field is located behind Overstone Primary School, accessed via the footpath adjacent to 146 Sywell Road. This village asset was acquired in 1989 with funds raised by village residents

, and is held in a charitable trust for the benefit of the village. It is funded solely by voluntary donations and fund raising. Under the terms of an agreement made at the time of the original purchase, Overstone Primary School have priority use of the Playing Field during school hours. For the safeguarding of the children, the playing field gate is locked during school use. The field consists of 2 acres mainly laid to lawn, used for ball games and other outdoor activities. Some play equipment, seating, trees and shrubs etc.
