Diversiti UK - Employment Coaching We offer free one-to-one and group coaching, advice, and support to people who are unemployed and living in Northamptonshire. However - everyone is welcome!

You must be over 16 years old to access our services. We can help you to:

-Explore your skills and strengths
-Develop confidence, self-esteem and work related skills e.g. time management
-Write a CV to meet your employment goals
-Learn how and where to look for jobs
-Access accredited online courses
-Enter education and training


We specialise in providing support to people with disabilities, learning difficulties and experiences of mental health disorders (diagnosis not required).
