⚜️ 57th Northampton SEND Scout Group – Uniform Badges ⚜️

Here’s an example of where badges should be positioned on your young person’s uniform jumper. 🏅

Please make sure you sew the badges onto your young person’s uniform so their hard-earned achievements are visible to everyone! We want our young people to feel proud of everything they achieve, and wearing their badges is a great way to celebrate their progress.

💜 Missing any uniform badges or name tapes?

If you don’t already have your Purple World badge, name tape and/or Northamptonshire badge, or if you’ve misplaced them, please let us know so we can help you get replacements.

Thank you for helping our young people wear their achievements with pride! ⚜️

🌊🏕️ What an incredible residential in Wales! 🏕️🌊

What a few days of adventure, laughter, friendship and making memories! 💜

From travelling together and exploring new places, to getting stuck into activities, enjoying the beach, trying new experiences and simply having fun together our young people have absolutely smashed it! 🙌

For some, this was their first time away from home, and watching their confidence grow has been amazing. 💪✨

There have been challenges, plenty of laughs, a few tired faces 😴 and LOTS of brilliant memories made along the way.

We are so proud of every single one of them for having a go, supporting each other and embracing the adventure. ❤️

A huge thank you to our amazing volunteers and leaders who made the trip possible. You’ve helped create memories that will last a lifetime! 🥰

Can you help us make a difference? 🌟

57th Northampton SEND Scout Group is looking for volunteers to join our Trustee Board. We are currently seeking a Chair, Treasurer, and Secretary to help support and guide our inclusive group for young people with special educational needs and disabilities.

These roles don’t require prior scouting experience just enthusiasm, a willingness to help, and a little time to support governance and planning. You’ll be helping ensure we can continue providing fun, accessible opportunities where young people can build confidence, skills, and friendships.

If you're interested in contributing your skills or would like to find out more, please get in touch. We’d love to hear from you.

We have a number of fundraising events happening over the summer months. Please support if you are able.
