The sun was out so we were out (shock 🤣)

Our Long Buckby Daffodils 🌼 enjoyed the wonderful village and the amazing Yarn Bombers that decorate the post boxes.

Forget-Me-Nots 💙 & Evergreens 🌲 did a pub takeover (again) at the The Melbourne Arms.

We made them so busy our caterer Hearty Cuisine had to jump behind the bar to help 🤣

*Lunch today was pork chops with new potatoes, carrots and broccoli followed by Victoria sponge cake 🍰 *

The weather will warm up again this weekend so keep your fluids up and stay safe ☀️

Who said you can’t have pudding before your lunch?

We threw caution to the wind today and walked 27 of our friends to the Poppyfields Farm this morning for coffee and cake. 🧁

And their cakes are HUGE!!

Everyone did so well walking down there so we treated them to a bus ride back 🤣

Happiest of Birthdays to our wonderful friend, Sue 🎂

We have been scavengers today and absolutely LOVED it!!

We’re so lucky to be surrounded by apple trees and blackberry bushes so our Forget-Me-Nots spent the morning scrumping and picking and then baked their spoils in wonderful pies.

Evergreens took a wander up to Sainsbury’s for a shop round the summer sales 🛍️

We are still living this summer weather we’re having although all of our plants and outside areas are looking very crispy 🥵

We’re bringing ourselves nature and joy where we can though with making lavender bags, fresh flower bouquets and feeding the birds in the parks.

Lots of other lovely bits and bobs along the way to keep us busy and active.

What a finish to the week.

Happiest of Birthday to our friend (cheeky) Charlie 😉

Happiest of Birthdays to our very own, Patrice. We love you lots 🎂

Thursday we did our first Brews ☕️ and tattoos ⚓️ day with Giggle and Glow Artistry and it was amazing!!
Our friends love reliving their youth and the designs they chose were brilliant 🤩

The gang finished the week with all 3 centres being together and dancing with The Silent Disco Project CIC.

We can’t wait for the rest of the summer ☀️

They’ve been strawberry picking at Harpole Strawberries
Exploring their local areas and came together on Monday for a full car park take over from Arc Farm.

Gosh, I’m missing our friends and the team but the sun, sea, sand and daily updates are keeping me going 🤗

I really have the best team of staff and they are working so hard to keep our friends busy and happy.

Monday we welcomed Homestead singers 🤗

Tuesday we had the wonderful Kaley Sings - Professional Wedding and Event Singer

Wednesday the brilliant Long Buckby Ukulele Group entertained us

Lots more to keep you posted on before I’m back ❤️

We’ve had a cracking few days at our Duston Hub and Long Buckby.

Lots of out and about, enjoying the sunshine and singing in the shade.

I am off on my summer holidays for the next couple of weeks so socials may not be updated everyday 🍷 😉

Rest assured I’ve planned a jam packed 2 weeks for our friends and the team will be amazing as always 🤗

We’ve had the best day today getting ready for the match later ⚽️

We spent the morning making banners ready to cheer England on and enjoying the sunshine ☀️

This afternoon we upped the energy with Lesley Ann Vocalist Entertainer & Katie Rose Vocalist who never fail to get us dancing. They are honestly the absolute best and love our friends as much as we do 🥰

*Lunch today was jacket potatoes with the choice of beans, cheese and tuna (or all 3 🤣) followed by mixed fruit trifle*
