Ballot results for USO reform and equalisation.
Locally we understand a lot of our members voted no to the agreement, from a reps perspective it’s a hard sell, mainly because of the unknowns, the complexity of how it will work in reality and that there is no carrot this time. As your reps we will work through the process in the coming weeks and months ahead and hopefully as time passes, you will develop a greater understanding of DM26 and how it will work along with having the opportunity to gain more tailored detail into how it looks for you. We’re at a point where we’ve got something to work with and we will do our best for you at making this change as simple and least disruptive as possible.
