The head office in Erdington, Birmingham is where the organisation is run. 2009 saw the Guild celebrate 80 years of Townswomen's Guilds and a nostalgic look over the years was undertaken by many Guilds.

Brownhills Central Townswomen's Guild meet at 7:30pm in the Lichfield Suite at Brownhills Memorial Hall, WS8 6HR on the second Monday of each month. Our Guild belong to The South Staffordshire Federation along with 15 other Guilds from around the area. Federation holds meetings in Walsall about four times a year to discuss Guild activities and events. Along with these meetings for Guild delegates, Federation holds a dinner and luncheon each year at various locations, where nearly 200 members meet each other over a meal and a drink, and are annually treated to a speaker at the end of the meal. Federation also hold an annual quiz for Guilds to take part in, and the winner goes on to represent South Staffs federation at national level. In December a Christmas Tea with sandwiches, cakes and tea is held at various venues within the Guild area. Also in December the Federation choir under the leadership of Pauline Benton, entertains us at the Carol Service which is held at various churches. At our monthly meetings we try and book a speaker as entertainment. We also hold many other events.
