A huge thank you to everyone who came along to last night’s 3rd North Weald & Friends of St Andrews School, North Weald Fireworks Night — what an incredible evening! The atmosphere was fantastic, and it was brilliant to see so many families enjoying themselves.

🦫💪 Beavers on a Mission! 💪🦫

Last night our brilliant Beavers took to the village streets armed with litter pickers, bin bags and big smiles! 🌍✨

They did an outstanding job tidying up our community – showing that even our youngest Scouts can make a BIG difference. 💚

A huge thank you to Cllr Tom Bromwich for joining the crew and lending a helping hand – the Beavers loved having you along! 🙌

🦊 Our Cubs got stuck in this evening with a litter pick at Queen’s Hall Memorial Field! 🌿🧤
Armed with grabbers, gloves and lots of energy, they helped make a real difference in our local community. 💪♻️

🏆 We Won! 🏆

We are delighted to share that 3rd North Weald Scout Group has been awarded the Youth Community/Charity Group of the Year (aged 18 and under) at the North Weald Parish Council Civic Awards! 🎉🎖️

This award recognises the impact our young people and volunteers have within the community, and we couldn’t be prouder of everyone involved in Scouting with us. A huge thank you to our amazing Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Explorers, Leaders, and supporters – this award is for all of you! 👏👏

🔥🚒 Our Beavers had an amazing time visiting Ongar Fire Station on Thursday! They got hands-on with fire safety gear, explored the fire engines, and learned from real-life heroes. A big thank you to Ongar Fire Station for giving our young Scouts a peek into the life of a firefighter! 👏🚒
