🏆⭐ Trainer of the Week goes to Oscar! ⭐🏆 👏⚽

We completed a bleep test during training, and Oscar absolutely smashed it, finishing in 1st place and beating his previous level💪🔥 His hard work and determination really paid off!
However, what stood out even more was his fantastic attitude during our mini match. 🤝💙 We had some of our U9s join us, and when one of them got knocked down, Oscar was immediately there to help them back up. 👏😊
Another player who has recently joined the team also came over to Oscar and told him how well he had played. Rather than taking all the credit for himself, Oscar instantly replied, "You did amazing too, and you had some great shots!" 🌟🙌
That kind of sportsmanship, kindness, and encouragement is exactly what we love to see. 💙⚽
For his outstanding effort, positive attitude, and excellent teamwork, Oscar is a very deserving Trainer of the Week! 🏅👏
Keep up the fantastic work, Oscar if you continue with this attitude and effort, you'll achieve amazing things! 🚀⚽🔥

Yesterday's 3v3 tournament was an extremely tough day, but I couldn't be prouder of these boys and another player who couldn't be with us tonight. They gave everything they had, showed great determination, teamwork, and resilience, and walked away with their heads held high.
The tournament organisers had stated that every child would receive a certificate for taking part, but unfortunately that didn't happen. As both their manager and coach, I felt this was unfair. Every one of these players deserved recognition for their effort, commitment, and attitude throughout the day.
So, to make sure they received the acknowledgment they earned, I presented them with their own medals and certificates. Seeing their smiles made it all worthwhile.
These young players made me incredibly proud, and I am honoured to be their coach. Their hard work, passion, and sportsmanship never go unnoticed. Well done, boys – keep believing in yourselves and keep working hard. Your future is bright! ⚽🏅👏

⚽️ U13s Training Update ⚽️

What a fantastic session today for our U13s!

It was great to welcome some new faces to the squad, and they all settled in really well. 👍

This evening's session focused on a variety of key areas, including long passing, passing sequences, understanding the roles of both defenders and attackers, crossing, and switching play. ▶️👏

The session was then rounded off with a mini-match, where it was fantastic to see the players putting into practice many of the skills and concepts they had worked on throughout the evening.

There were so many positives to take away from the session, with great effort, attitude, and teamwork shown by everyone involved.

🏆 This week's Trainer of the Week goes to Lyra! 👏⚽⭐

The reason for this award is the incredible growth in confidence she has shown during training. It has been amazing to see her calling for the ball during mini matches 🗣️⚽, encouraging her teammates 🤝, and helping players up when they have fallen down ❤️.
She has really been getting stuck in 💪 and giving everything her best effort.
What has been most impressive is watching her grow from someone who was quite quiet and reserved to someone who is now chating away with everyone 😊 and even volunteers to go in goal 🥅.
Her confidence has come on so much, and it has been a real pleasure to watch her shine ✨.
Keep up the fantastic work, Lyra you should be very proud of yourself! 🌟👏⚽
