💛 We know that attending our group for the first time can be daunting. But take it from our attendees, the courage to come along opens up an opportunity for you to share your experiences in a judgement-free space, with the support of likeminded individuals

—> Why South Shields?
💛 Be one of our first peers to be there from the beginning! A new location often means a much smaller group, please do come along and help create a group where peers feel “heard, valued” and reminded they are “not alone”

We are excited to announce our new group at The Linskill Centre, but first we need a few volunteers to get the ball rolling..

Anyone over 18 can volunteer with us, all training is provided. Need work experience? Want to do something to help your community?
