Community Care Link, operated by Mindstars, is a coordinated service meeting immediate needs and building long-term resilience and empowerment of community members facing poverty and other life challenges by offering services such as:

- Emergency food parcels in partnership with Feeding Families
- Sanitary and hygiene parcels
- Drop in days from partner support organisations
- Free workshops
