Hula Hoop Taster Session – Perfect place to start!

🟡 When: Tuesday 15 September, 6–7 PM, £9 session
🟡 Where: The Linskill Centre, North Shields
🟡 Who's it for? Women who want to give hula hooping a go, have fun, and discover the magic of movement.

Whether you're completely new or just curious, this relaxed one-hour taster will give you a feel for the class and all the benefits hooping has to offer. This isn't about being coordinated or having experience.

It's about trying something different, having a laugh, learning a new skill, and getting a fantastic workout without it feeling like exercise.

Whether you haven't picked up a hoop since school or you've never managed to keep one spinning, our instructor will teach you everything you need to know. Hula hoops are provided for the session.

After the session, there'll be the option to join the 6-week course and keep the good vibes!

Come and move, laugh, and feel great with us.

We’re looking for someone who is warm, caring and enthusiastic, with a good understanding of child development and the EYFS. You’ll enjoy working as part of a team, building positive relationships with children and families, and creating engaging opportunities for children to play, learn and thrive.
