Got unwanted gardening tools gathering dust in your shed?

Our volunteer Gardeners are collecting unwanted and unused hand tools, including trowels, spades and other useful gardening tools. Even broken wooden handles are welcome!

The tools will be cleaned up and sold for a small price at the Seed Social early next year at Linskill Centre. It's a great way to recycle, make gardening more affordable and help people who are just starting out.

What we need: Trowels, spades and other hand tools, including those needing a little TLC.

Please note: No electric tools please.

Help us recycle, reuse and get more people growing!

🎆🐾 This Bonfire Night, why not swap fireworks for food and help our four-legged friends? 🐶🐱

Instead of spending money on fireworks this year, why not use it to buy some pet food for Newcastle Dog and Cat Shelter?

Every donation, big or small, will help support the dogs and cats in their care. 💚

🐾 How to donate: Simply drop off your pet food donations at Linskill Centre reception by 31 October.

Thank you 🙏💚
