Our annual river clean for with Paddle UK is complete! Here was james' summary of the event:
"Brian claimed a tree
Steve doesn't like trees anymore
Frankie got his first car
Jez did his best Santa impression
Eleanor claimed a bag of rubbish
Bob cant be trusted with litter pickers
Phill had a poo on the bank (thats what it looks like in the pictures)
Iain spent the day looking for another fridge (to match last year)
Zack cheered because he diddnt swim (no blue Crock either)
Nicole crashed a paddleboard into a rock
I decided I wanted to try a tri seat kayak as duo is just boring
All in all a good day nearly a dozen bags of rubbish, a lengh of plastic pipe, little tykes car and a bouy that was rehomed to a narrow boat at the lock"
