National Lottery Grant- Huge thanks to the The National Lottery for providing The Gunthorpe Village Institute with a grant to fund a new roof!

Following a successful application the grant was awarded in Spring 2026 and work will be undertaken to replace the roof this summer.

Photograph shows the National Lottery Community Fund grant cheque for £8947 being accepted by the Gunthorpe Institute Committee, (pictured left to right) Tony (Former Chairman), Roy (Trustee / Committee), Steve (Chairman), Christine (Treasurer), John B (Trustee)

Many thanks to you all, we are looking forward to seeing the renovation take place soon and to many community events ahead.
