Yesterday Sharon and Aaron from the neighbourhood policing team took some of the Bowtown and Scrabo ladies down to Horses for people at Ballygraffan.

This is an equine-assisted learning and wellbeing centre, which helps people through interaction with horses to help develop confidence, self-esteem, resilience, communication, emotional regulation and healthier relationships.

It was an excellent day and everyone throughly enjoyed themselves 😊

On Friday Sharon our neighbourhood officer took the girls down to Strangford Activity Centre to paddle board followed some pizza in Dundonald.

It was a great day and everyone throughly enjoyed themselves ❤️
