Back to normal folks and ready to take donations again. Thank you for your patience.
However can we just ask that when we are closed you do not leave any donations with Sylvia’s Cafe (next door to us). You do not leave any donations outside the closed door or shutter. This is a health & safety precaution to keep our volunteers safe and to ensure that we don’t have to get rid of any of your previous donations. Thank you so much.

Our fantastic customers have been clearing out lately and we have been inundated with donations.
Can we therefore ask that that you hold all further donations until 1st October to give us time to sort out.
We really do appreciate everything you do for our shop and as you know we are all volunteers helping the community to the best of our abilities.
The shop continues to be open:
Tuesday 10am-4pm, Wednesday 10am-1pm, Thursday 10am-4pm, Friday 10am-4pm and Saturday 10am-4pm.
Thank you for your support 👏👏👏

Lovely evening last night celebrating the achievements of the volunteers at this years Kite Festival. 61 people volunteered - mainly from Millisle, so proud of our village and to the others from around the Peninsula. The estimated count this year again was roughly 10,000 people attended. And the feedback from visitors, residents, food vendors, stall holders and entertainers was great. Roll on 2027. Thank you our volunteers without you it wouldn’t happen.
AND THANK YOU to the volunteers of the Church Catering Committee who put on a fabulous spread for us. 👏👏👏Still suffering from the over eating lol.

What a fantastic day for the first Kite Festival organised by Millisle Regeneration. Everything was perfect - the sun, the wind, the kites, the people, the volunteers, the stall holders, the food vendors, all of the activities for young & older generations and just an all round magical, magical day. Feedback had been phenomenal and we can’t thank everyone enough. Looks like we will be organising it again 2027. Better start planning now. 👏👏👏👏
