Project 23 Project 23 is the Youth Outreach Project within The Link Family and Community Centre. One way this is accomplished is through the drop-in facility.

Project 23 is the Youth Outreach Program launched with a new name and new activities. The Program aims to provide a safe, welcoming and supportive place for youth in the surrounding community. The facility includes coffee bar social area with audio visual systems and table games, as well as a game room with a variety of activities to offer. Whats on Deck? DROP-IN:
