Havenmore Hedgehog Rescue We are a non-profit self funding hedgehog rescue. We are opening officially in Spring 2019. We are taking in hedgehogs now.

I ve left quite a few messages on people's phones several times over the last 2 weeks, for folk that have brought hedgehogs in and now they are ready for release. If you ve had hedgehogs off us in the past, you have hog houses that are in good condition and not being used by a hog, I have hogs that needs a home, you must have a feed station and be feeding them as there is still no insects about so won t be able to feed them selves from natural sources.
Please ring me afternoons or evening. I m desperate to reduce numbers as have some volunteers away or unavailable. I need to make room as still getting hogs in.
We do not release over 20 miles away.

THIS SATURDAY WE WILL BE FUNDRAISING IN BEAR LANES WITH TWO BIG TABLES FULL OF LOVELY ITEMS. FOOD FESTIVAL ON IN THE FIELD.

We have some hedgehogs to release Mon or Tuesday eve. After thunder has gone, Some folk have asked if they can have one. I can t find messages, so if you have had hedgehogs from me before, you have an empty house and a feed station and you ll be around to support feed them, then please ring me not message as I have my messenger and s hedgehog one I only get notification on mine. So I don t read the other until evening.
If you have seen my criteria and your garden is OK then please contact me to talk about having a hedgehog. I have some that can t go back to area found or from vets. I have about 7 that are all over 500g and we need to reduce numbers asap as more in yesterday and today.we want to find the best release gardens that we can, so much love, hours, cost, has gone into rearing them, its important they go on having good support.

As I ve been so hectic with 69 hoglets pouring in the rescue, I forgot to complete my application for our big fundraiser...

As I ve been so hectic with 69 hoglets pouring in the rescue, I forgot to complete my application for our big fundraiser at the food festival.
They can t fit us onto the field. So sadly we will only be fundraising on tables in Bare lanes on Sat 5th.
Please if you can still support us and come and find us we would be so pleased. We will be several hundred pounds down by not being seen in the main field.
We have spent so much on specialist hoglet food, puppy milk, nibbles, ect and still are, we are quite low on funds, we will have vets bills next week from having to have several injured hogs put to sleep.
We need to buy medication in for autumn, when we get lots of autumn juveniles pouring in the door, often full of parasites, and still have 27 hoglets to release, once they have got to release weight. We will have some ready after the rain in a few days.
