Aberdovey Bike Ride will be making a pitstop in Newtown today on their way to Aberdovey.
Hundreds of cyclists will be making this challenging ride for charity again this year 🙂

As bikers tend to ride in groups or pairs, it is usually the case that when one is involved in an accident the first person on the scene will be a fellow biker.

Biker Down is a FREE ‘Emergency First Aid’ course for Bikers provided by Fire and Rescue Services across the UK.
