Sadly we’re close to the end of this project, but the impact has been substantial and we hope the legacy lives on, with homes improved and lifelong changes made possible 🥰

Over the past three years we have saved 29,044 kg of CO2 equivalent through our events. We have absolutely loved hosting all our Swap Shops and Repair Cafés- thanks to everyone involved!! 👗⚒️

We open applications for our 2027 Community Garden Grants between Tuesday 29 September and Friday 30 October, 2026 from projects that bring together people from different backgrounds and experiences, and from those that support disabled people or people living with long-term physical or mental health conditions. With all applications considered on their individual merits, awards between £1,500 and £5,000.
As these grants are so popular only the first 300 eligible applications will be considered, that’s why we are giving plenty of notice, allowing applicants to prepare their bids in good time. Quite a few community gardens have received funding in Powys inc The Hanging Gardens. A Wilderness Trust Project in Llanidloes and Ponthafren in Newtown.
