Today we remember Ava-Marie Grace Thompson who passed away with Anencephaly at 11 days old, 5 years ago today.

We will be forever thankful for the legacy that she left behind, to date we have supported thousands of families with free memory boxes, funeral gowns and support.

Ava-Marie, may you rest in eternal peace 💜

May is Anencephaly awareness month.

Fact: Anencephaly is the most severe of a group of conditions known as Neural Tube Defects (NTDs). It happens in about 1 in 2,000 pregnancies in the UK, and occurs when an unborn baby's brain doesn't form properly in the womb. All this happens during the first 28 days of pregnancy. Sadly this condition is fatal.
