How does a blind person peel and chop a potato?

In this video sam shows the peeler and knife She uses two peel and chop a sweet potato

The pilot has a very chunky handle with a grey nonslip material to aid safety the top and bottom of the pillar are a vivid red colour

Life she uses is bright red and gives a strong contrast against the dark work surface
