We want to say a massive thank you to all business that donated to our service yesterday at the Better Health at Work Award County Durham Workplace Health Celebration event. 💜

A grand total of £441 was raised through the raffle. Your donations mean we can continue to support children and young people with Down syndrome and their families to gain essential skills that will equip them to meet the future with confidence.

We can support with:
- Fine and Gross motor skills
- Life skills and positive behaviours
- Literacy
- Numeracy
- Social skills
- Speech, language and communication
- Use of Makaton

Together 21 achieve regional support for World Down Syndrome Day campaign. 🧦

To celebrate World Down Syndrome Day, Together 21 launched its annual ‘Rock Your Socks’ campaign, raising over £2500 to support local children and young people with Down syndrome. The Rock Your Socks campaign encourages everyone to wear brightly coloured odd socks, to raise awareness and celebrate the uniqueness of individuals with Down syndrome.

Together 21 and Pioneering Care Partnership would like to say a huge thank you to Shirley for her incredible support of Together 21 Rock Your Socks 2026. 💜

By organising a raffle, Supporting Newton Aycliffe - Shirley, Community Champion raised an amazing £128, which will make a real difference to the families and young people we support.

Shirley’s commitment to Together 21 over the years has been truly amazing, and we’re so grateful for everything she does. We’d also like to thank everyone who took part in the raffle and donated, your generosity and support really do go such a long way.

Our super friends at Hiyed CIC are doing some fantastic odd sock work with their super Odd Socks designing competition. We love the designs! How will they choose a winner? ❤👏👏👏

Thank you to the Billingham Juniors FC Lionhearts SEND team for promoting our Rock Your Socks campaign at their training session on Saturday. 💜

The Lionhearts SEND sessions focus on suiting the needs of boys and girls with special educational needs and disabilities. The team's equipment is in muted-colours to ensure their members do not get overwhelmed. The sessions also take place outdoors to reduce the impact of lighting and noises.
