We had a wonderful slow wander around the lake yesterday in the autumn sunshine 🌞
It's at Decoy 🍄
I'm waiting for a pair of new knees at the moment so I can't always get to the walk 😌 but our group is so well established after all these years that they simply carry on without me 🎉👌
In fact we have been going for 6 years & our 6th Anniversary is this coming Saturday 🎂🥳
We meet every Thursday morning just before 11 am between the Decoy Kiosk- Apps Ice Cream & the watersports center.
We are a really friendly & welcoming bunch & we'd love to see you, well behaved dogs also welcome 🐕

UPDATE: Thank you all for the interest in the two boats. We’re happy to share that both have now found new homes — one is set to be lovingly restored, while the other will be transformed into a planter at a school.

Can you make use of these old boats?

Our Resorts Team has been having a clear-out, and we've uncovered two old boats that have been in storage for years. Now it's time to pass them on to someone who can give them a new lease of life!

These boats are perfect for upcycling — imagine them as quirky flower beds, creative bookshelves, or even a fun sandpit for the kids!

They’re FREE to a good home, but they’ll need to be collected ASAP. It’s strictly first come, first served.

Yesterday, we had lots of fun outside Newton Abbot Library, chatting to people about being active and what physical activities they would like to see at the Library. This is part of Libraries Unlimited project we are in partnership about to establish physical activity in their libraries.
