Louis, one of our Youth Advisors and a former mentee, has been feeling a little overwhelmed lately.

Louis has his fingers in lots of pies, supporting different organisations and finding it difficult to say "no" when people asked for his time and help.

To make sense of how he was feeling, Louis put his thoughts into a poem. With his permission, we're delighted to share it with you.

It's a thoughtful reminder that it's okay to set boundaries, protect your wellbeing, and say no when you need to.
