A Very Special Thank You 💙
Today at Cuan Mhuire we had the pleasure of welcoming Martin from the Police Service of Northern Ireland, who visited us to present an incredible donation of £1,000.85.This wonderful amount was raised by the 51 officers of Course 1/26 during their six months of training at the Police College in Belfast. From ironing ceremonial tunics and running a tuck shop, to baking cakes and even guessing staff members from their baby photos, every effort helped make this generous donation possible. But behind the cheque is something even more special, 51 people who chose to think of others and support the work of Cuan Mhuire.
To Martin and every officer involved, we want you to know how much your kindness means to us. Your generosity is not simply a donation, it is a message of encouragement and support to the people who come through our doors seeking help, hope and a new beginning. It was a privilege to welcome Martin today and to accept this cheque on behalf of everyone at Cuan Mhuire.
From all of us, thank you to Martin and the officers of Course 1/26 for choosing Cuan Mhuire and for making a difference.

A huge **thank you to Councillor Pete Byrne and Newry, Mourne and Down District Council** for their incredible support of Cuan Mhuire. 💚

We are delighted and extremely grateful to have received a wonderful donation of £7,000 following Councillor Byrne’s decision to choose Cuan Mhuire as his charity during his term in office.

This generous contribution will make a real difference to the work we do, helping us continue to provide residential rehabilitation, care and support to individuals and families affected by addiction.

Our sincere thanks to Councillor Byrne for championing the work of Cuan Mhuire, and to everyone who helped raise this fantastic amount. Your kindness and generosity mean so much to our entire Cuan Mhuire community.

💙 Supporting Gillian & Family on Their Charity Walk 💙

We would like to say a heartfelt thank you to Gillian, her sisters, and everyone taking part in their charity walk up Croagh Patrick on 25th September in loving memory of their beloved father, Kieran.

Kieran is sadly missed beyond words, and we are deeply honoured that Gillian and her family have chosen to support Cuan Mhuire Newry, an organisation that was close to Kieran's heart and had the privilege of supporting him over the years.

Their kindness and generosity will help us continue providing care, hope, and support to individuals and families affected by addiction.

💙 **A Heartfelt Thank You** 💙

Everyone at Cuan Mhuire would like to extend our sincere thanks to Betty Nugent and to everyone who generously donated in memory of her beloved son, Barry.

Barry's friends organised a special soccer match in his honour, creating a wonderful tribute to his memory while raising vital funds to support the work of Cuan Mhuire.

We were delighted to welcome Betty and members of the group to Cuan Mhuire, where they presented the generous donation of £920 &€100 to our colleague, Gráinne, on behalf of our team. It was a touching moment and a wonderful opportunity to personally thank them for their kindness and support.

Your generosity will make a real difference in the lives of those we care for, and Barry's memory will continue to live on through this meaningful act of giving.
