Hello ladies any of my old dancer that would be interested in getting back to some dancing of our old routines we are meeting up in newry gate way club on Monday evening 12th February at 7pm . There is an event for charity end of April and we will preform at it no pressure only the girls that want to preform but everyone is welcome to come along on a Monday evening just to dance again and have a laugh and feel good 😊. Heartbreaking post I’m sharing the sad death of one of my beautiful past students and dancer Ciera Grimley . You where a pleasure to teach and have at the studio your dedication every week travelling from Armagh to Newry to dance with us you and Emma Louise Grimley. There is so much love in these pictures and such amazing memories .. Thank you for being you and having the pleasure of knowing you ❤️ god bless x

Calling all you ladies that need a bit of sparkle, smiles, laughs and damce in your life again , dance away the lockdown extra pounds and blues ... We are starting up our Burlesque/ sassy lady style dance classes in September . These dance classes are for all ladies , all sizes no dance experience needs the routines are not hard it's all about feeling good and building self and body confidence and feeling the fablous lady you are on the inside and outside plus exercising while having fun ❤Comment below if you are interested . 😍 and share the post if you can x

I had the great pleasure on Friday night to do a dance class in Head Injury Support Newry. What a great evening spent with such very brave strong and kind people both survivors and carers . You all did great at the line dancing and the Craic was brilliant . Thank you all for having me and looking forward to next time ❤
