🍃 STEPS THROUGH TIME 🍃

This September, I’m delighted to be organising Steps Through Time, a FREE cross-community programme in the Rowallane area—and I’m now inviting applications from anyone who would like to take part.

Together, we will visit outdoor sites of historical significance, enjoy the landscape and uncover the stories rooted in these special places. Apply here: https://bit.ly/steps-through-time

It’s an opportunity to:

* Explore our shared heritage
* Discover something new about yourself and the world around you

The programme includes three bus trips to wonderful heritage sites in Downpatrick, Rostrevor and the Cooley Mountains, followed by a special celebration event in Killyleagh.

POULTRY IN MOTION

Get ready for Poultry in Motion, one of the truly peck-tacular events taking place at Back from the Booley festival.

The plan has been hatched and its coming to the boil... six of McPolin's Eggs' finest crack troops are taking up the challenge... following a trail of corn to the finish line.

They will be in training all week to ensure they're in im-peck-able racing condition. Scramble out to Mary Margarets before 6pm on Saturday 29th for a flipping great time.

Come early for a trackside view.
