A huge thank you to everyone who came along to our Annual Coffee Morning last Saturday, 25th July at Shanlieve Caravan Park, Cranfield. ❤️

It was wonderful to see so many people enjoying tea, coffee, delicious treats, music, raffles, and, most importantly, great company – all while supporting a fantastic local cause.

Your generosity, kindness, and support helped make the day such a success, and we truly appreciate everyone who attended, volunteered, donated, and contributed in any way. 💙

On behalf of everyone at Newry Cancer Research, we would like to extend our sincere thanks to the people of Newry and the surrounding areas for your incredible generosity and support during our Annual Street Collection held on Saturday 6th June 2026.

A huge thank you to everyone who donated. Every pound collected will help fund vital cancer research and clinical trials here in Belfast, bringing us closer to more effective treatments and life-saving breakthroughs for cancer patients across Northern Ireland.

We would also like to pay special tribute to our fantastic volunteers who gave up their time to make the day such a success. 🌟 A huge congratulations to Ray Brady! 🌟

Everyone at the Newry Cancer Research Fundraising Committee would like to congratulate local man and Kilkeel High School past pupil, Ray Brady, on receiving recognition for his outstanding postgraduate dissertation.

Ray's research focused on an important aspect of prostate cancer treatment, and this well-deserved accolade reflects the hard work, dedication and commitment he has shown in helping advance cancer research.

It is wonderful to see a young person from our district making such a positive contribution in a field that affects so many families here.

We are delighted to help raise awareness of Ray's achievement and celebrate his success.
