✨ A huge and heartfelt thank you from all of us at PIPS Hope and Support following an incredible fundraising effort by Daithí Traynor-Evans who raised a phenomenal £1,163.00 for our charity and taking part in Darkness Into Light 💙

At just 7 years old, Daithí chose to raise money in memory of his Great Grandfather Peter McAleavey, helping support others who may be struggling with sadness or loneliness. His kindness, courage and compassion are truly inspiring 💙

✨ Congratulations to Our Latest ASIST Trainees from Randox Health! ✨

A huge well done to Randox Health employees who recently completed the 2-day ASIST (Applied Su***de Intervention Skills Training) course with us.

It was inspiring to see such a passionate and diverse group come together to learn, connect, and build their skills. Throughout the training, participants showed real dedication to gaining the knowledge and confidence needed to support someone experiencing crisis through the PAL model.

Every conversation, every question and every shared experience helps strengthen our community’s ability to recognise the signs of su***de risk and respond with care.

We hope you now feel equipped and empowered to use these valuable skills if the opportunity ever arises. 💙

If you’d like to take part in future ASIST training, be sure to follow our social media channels and visit our website for upcoming course dates or email our training department [email protected] for more information.

Eamon and Niamh from the Healthy Club Team presented the donation following last week’s event, with special thanks to the Saval Saunters for organising such a beautiful morning walk. It was wonderful to see the community come together for such a worthwhile cause.

As Mental Health Awareness Week comes to a close, we are reminded that no one should ever feel alone; there is always light. 💛💙
