A very happy St Patrick's day to all!! ☘️

We were delighted to represent Gaelic games for Cambodia at the recent Irish Embassy event here in Phnom Penh.

Another event and another jersey for ambassador Deirdre Ní Fhallúin, who must now only wear gaa jerseys in her free time 😉

It always wonderful to catch up with our friends in the embassy as we look forward to continuing our strong relations throughout the year.

Building Industry & Education Connections📚👷

We would like to extend a sincere thank you to OHM Engineering Limited for their outstanding contribution to a recent STEM project at St. Mary’s Primary School, Aughnacloy. Delivered in partnership with MEGA and funded by the James Kane Foundation, this initiative brought real-world engineering directly into the classroom, helping to inspire the next generation from an early age🙌

OHM Engineering went above and beyond by designing, building, and donating a bespoke storage unit for the school’s outdoor area to complement their new lean-to. This generous contribution reflects not only their technical expertise, but also a strong commitment to supporting their local community and investing in future talent.
We are extremely grateful to the team at OHM for their support and for giving back in such a meaningful and practical way👏

An exceptional year for Cairde Khmer GAA Club - Cambodia!

Our support played a part but the achievements belong to the players, volunteers and wider Cairde Khmer community.

What they delivered in 2025 is remarkable.

On the field
• Asian Gaelic Games Ladies Junior A Champions
• Men’s Junior team reached the Asian Gaelic Games Final
• Three teams fielded at the Asian Gaelic Games for the first time
• Ladies Junior Cup winners at the South Asian Games in Malaysia
• A new Football 5s League bringing new players into Gaelic games
• Continued Ned Kelly Cup fixtures strengthening GAA–AFL ties

Off the field
• Players supported into education, vocational training and university
• Employment mentoring leading to real jobs and career milestones
• Practical support provided through motorbikes, laptops and stipends
• First Cambodian national appointed as sports scientist at a professional football club
• A player progressing from training support to owning their own business

Community impact
• Blood donation drives supporting children with life-saving treatment
• Clothing drives supporting underprivileged children and families
• Emergency fundraising for communities displaced by border conflict
• Promotion of Irish culture in Cambodia, recognised by the Irish Embassy

This is what happens when sport becomes a platform for opportunity.

We are proud to support Cairde Khmer GAA Club.
We are even prouder of what they continue to achieve.

We’ve been beyond proud of Cairde Khmer GAA Club - Cambodia all year.

2025 has been exceptional.

They didn’t just grow Gaelic games in Cambodia.

They made history.

Their women’s team were crowned Asian Gaelic Football Champions.

A huge achievement built on commitment, teamwork and belief.

Our support as a family fund focused on people.

On opportunity.

On backing potential when it matters.

This year, that included:

• Supporting Nelly to begin her university journey, sharing the cost with the club and individuals who believed in her
• Helping provide practical independence through transport so education and work were possible
• Supporting Sakada through vocational training, leading to a barista qualification and his own café business
• Standing behind a club that uses sport to open doors far beyond the pitch

These moments matter.

They change lives.

They create momentum.

Congratulations to everyone at Cairde Khmer on an outstanding 2025.

We’re really looking forward to seeing what 2026 brings.

What becomes possible when community keeps coming first?

4 essential health tips, or a massive thank you to this years sponsors 🙏🙏

We've had a fantastic year both on and off the field. But we couldn't kick a ball, or get dreams realized without the help of our four fantastic sponsors who have done so much for us this year.

We're really looking forward to next year already to see what we can grow together, anything is possible if you wish hard enough. 🫶🫶

Thank you once again, and a happy new year to all.
