The counselling services are delivered by experienced, BACP-accredited therapists and are available both face-to-face and remotely.

Transitions Counselling Service (16–25 Years)
The journey into adulthood can be challenging. Through our Transitions Counselling Service, we provide a dedicated counselling service for young adults aged 16–25 who may be struggling with:

Anxiety, depression and low mood
Bullying and social pressures
Loneliness and isolation
Relationship difficulties
Identity and self-esteem issues
Managing academic, employment or life pressures
Navigating uncertainty and major life transitions

Men’s Space Counselling Service
We also provide a dedicated counselling service for men who may find it difficult to access emotional support or discuss personal difficulties.
Men’s Space offers a confidential environment where men can explore challenges including stress, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, loss, addiction, identity, and life transitions.
