Helping cross-border workers understand their rights
At Community Advice Newry, Mourne and Down, we are pleased to highlight this valuable resource from the Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission, in partnership with the Border People Project, supporting people who live in one jurisdiction and work in another to navigate their post-Brexit rights.
Our colleague Aisling Doran, who works with us at Community Advice Newry, Mourne and Down, is involved in this important area of work, helping raise awareness of the issues affecting cross-border workers and the importance of accessible, reliable advice.
The Frontier Workers Case Studies explore key issues including social security, healthcare, family benefits and challenging decisions, helping people better understand their rights and where to seek support.
