This site is run by Players and Fans of NRFC and is not directly governed by the Committee or Board of NRFC LTD. All views expressed are personal views and do not represent the views of NRFC Ltd. However we try to embody the same ethos and here on Facebook we want to make sure everyone plays nice, respects each other and understands the guidelines about participating in the act
ivity on this page. We expect that users will not post content that falls into the following categories and we will remove postings that are:
- Abusive, defamatory or obscene
- Fraudulent, deceptive or misleading
- In violation of any intellectual property right of another
- In violation of any law or regulation
- Otherwise offensive
- Off topic
If postings are made by members of the public which cause offence we apologise in advance but cannot be held liable for any content. We encourage everyone to respect the collaborative spirit and tone of the conversation.
- You need to be a registered member of Facebook, accept Facebook's Terms of Use and be over 12 to participate
- Please don't upload pictures of under 16s – we'll only have to take them down again
- Sexist, racist or homophobic comments will not be tolerated. Swearing, defamation, bullying and any discussion or content featuring illegal activity is not allowed
- We're Rugby Players and we love socialising (with or without Alcohol) but we also believe in moderation. We won't show or encourage over-consumption and we're asking you to avoid it too. Any comments re parties or “sessions” are aimed only at over 18’s.
- Please don't attempt to impersonate other people, well known or otherwise. Any 'official' NRFC FB Admin people will be clearly identified
- In case we have forgotten anything from the outset (we can't think of everything you know!), we may have to come back and change the rules on and off to make sure everyone is playing nice
We will remove any contributions that break our House Rules and Facebook's Terms of use. Depending on the severity we may also remove or ban you from the Page... which no one wants! Copyright, Plagiarism and Ownership
Before you upload any content, make sure you own the rights to it, e.g. images, video, music etc all need to be your own creation or legally available for you to use. Keep an eye on things like song lyrics, music in the background of any videos and photos that aren’t your own... if we suspect you've uploaded content that's not legally yours we will need to remove it, or ask you to provide reasonable evidence of ownership. When you participate on the page we have the right to repurpose your comments and content across other channels. This is so that we can make sure the funniest, craziest, most inspired banter is heroed. Moderation
We've got a Moderator who looks after this page and keeps an eye out for anything that breaks our House Rules or Facebook's Terms of use. If any of you guys spot anything fishy then get in touch at [email protected] or via a FB message. From time to time we may also have to moderate the volume of content on the page to ensure it remains legible. Please note – NRFC is not responsible for third party sites. We will not allow the use of our content area on this page for any third party advertising or promotion, solicitation of donations or raising money, whether for charity or otherwise unless directly involved in the promotion of rugby in the Newry & Mourne Area.
