In October 2023, the centre of Newry was impacted by significant flooding causing problems and distress for many businesses and organisations. One organisation severely impacted was the Riverside Reformed Presbyterian Church and its beautiful and distinctive building behind Newry Court House in Basin Walk.

The Newry and Mourne Enterprise Agency was delighted to be able to provide the congregation with a temporary meeting place at WIN Business Park whilst their church was fully restored.
This restoration work has now been completed and a weekend of celebrations are planned from Friday 22nd May 2026 to Sunday 24th May in aid of church funds and other charitable causes.
