Had what I think was my first conversation with AI chat bot today and was amazed. Friend had told me he heard a very interesting item on BBC 4 radio about a group,in France managing homes for brain injury survivors in France. I contacted BBC 4s website and found I could ask them to search for details of the programme and got reply in 10 seconds with all the details, offering to do more research and congratulating me on our work! Scary stuff but incredible. I have been born too late! Group is Simon de Cyrene and looks very like ABI in Ireland. Have made contact with them as website is in French and my French is over 60 years old!

A great day our for our brain injury survivors on Tuesday to Tannaghmore Gardens Lurgan.

The weather was cool enough for a relaxing walk round the animals and garden and enjoy our picnic, thanks to Christine for her hard work keeping everyone fed!!

Days like these are a reminder of how important friendship, support and spending time in nature can be for our wellbeing.

☀️Summer Routine changes -weather permitting

Over the summer months are making a small change to our TTT. If the weather is kind to us we will be enjoying picnics in local parks instead of our usual venue.

Our first picnic was in Gosford park Markethill and we had a lovely day.

This coming Tuesday we will be heading to Tannaghmore Gardens Lurgan.
