Hello everyone,
The aim of this page is to provide key information and updates to runners, volunteers and sponsor’s on the progress of setting up a junior ParkRun in Newquay.
Upon successful launch of the event, an official junior ParkRun page will be created.
Application paperwork has been submitted and Council permission has been granted to have a junior ParkRun on Sunday mornings from 9am around Trenance boating lake. The first event is yet TBC as a few other things need to be in place first.
Funds need to be raised and volunteers are required to get this event up and running.
A one off fee of £4800 is needed for lifetime insurance, a defibrillator, first aid kit and other cost related items to run these events.
