Newquay Foodbank Newquay Foodbank supports people facing hardship and hunger to regain independence.

We have the following weekly sessions:

Monday (11.30am - 1.30pm): St Michaels, St Michael the Archangel Church
St Michael’s Road, TR7 1RA
Tuesdays (10am - 12pm): St Columb Minor, St Columba’s Church, TR7 3EY
Fridays (10.30am - 2pm): St Michaels, St Michael the Archangel Church
St Michael’s Road, TR7 1RA
Saturdays (10am - 12pm): St Columb Major, St Columb Church, TR9 6AE

We also have food donatio

🙂 Today, our Trussell colleagues Sophie, Stuart and Rebecca joined our director Zoe (seated on right in photo) at our Tuesday food bank session to chat all things philanthropic.

Fundraising is vital to keeping our charity's doors open, and we are always grateful for what our donors can give.

🛒 Food Buddies Needed!

Come and support us at our Food Drive on Wednesday 19 August at Treloggan Road, Newquay, TR7 2GZ.

🤩 Our fab volunteers will be there collecting food donations from 9am to 5pm to help people who need our emergency food provision.

🍽️ Will you accept the 'Marrow Recipe Challenge'?

We love to provide fresh fruit and veg at our food banks and community pantry, The Stores.

From fab donations and goods from our pals at Gleaning Cornwall we have a great variety of produce.

💭 But sometimes, we need a little bit of recipe inspiration.

Answers on a postcard - well, in the comments - if you have a tasty idea for what to make with a marrow! Our volunteer Lynne thinks a coleslaw could be an option.

We'll add it to our recipe cards to inspire our visitors and members to make the most of this often perplexing vegetable.
