Meet Adrian — the main cause of staff stress these last few days!

He’s been with us for 17 days after being rescued from a drain with severely worn, sore claws and pneumonia.

He’s needed intensive care and almost daily guidance from our wonderful vet Chris as he’s been such a tricky case to stabilise.

Today he seems to have finally turned the corner, looking much brighter and ate enough to gain a few grams 🙌

He still has a long way to go, but we’re relieved to see even the tiniest bit of progress — 3g is a win! 💚🦔

Your daily dose of cuteness! 💚🦔🐾

We’re very busy at the moment, with lots of new admissions needing intensive care, as well as hoglets requiring regular hand feeds.

Please be patient with us if emails, enquiries and patient update requests take a little longer than usual. Hedgehog care will always be our priority, but we’ll respond as soon as we can.

Thank you for your understanding! 🫶
