When you contact KEAL, youโll speak directly with an experienced adviser who can listen, provide clear and impartial information, and help you understand your options. Where appropriate, KEAL can also signpost you to other services that may offer additional support.
KEAL doesnโt replace specialist or long-term services, but it plays an important role in helping families raise concerns early, feel more confident, and navigate the education system. Families are encouraged, wherever possible, to speak first with their childโs nursery, school or college. KEAL can support these conversations by helping you prepare questions and understand next steps.
