A huge thank you to Comic Relief!
Over the past year, Comic Relief's Organisational Growth Grant has given Reality Theatre something incredibly valuable โ the opportunity to invest in ourselves.
Like many small community organisations, we're often so busy delivering projects and supporting people that we rarely get the chance to step back and strengthen the organisation behind the scenes. Thanks to Comic Relief, we've been able to improve our systems, invest in staff training and development, review our finances, strengthen governance and create a clearer plan for the future.
The grant has helped us build stronger foundations, ensuring we can continue providing creative opportunities, tackling loneliness and isolation, supporting people with additional learning needs, and creating an inclusive community space through arts and music. Most importantly, it has helped us become a more sustainable organisation, ready for the next chapter of our journey.
We'd like to say a heartfelt thank you to Comic Relief for believing in grassroots organisations like ours and recognising that investing in infrastructure, staff and sustainability is every bit as important as funding front-line delivery.

Dros y flwyddyn ddiwethaf, mae Grant Twf Sefydliadol Comic Relief wedi rhoi rhywbeth gwerthfawr iawn i Reality Theatre โ y cyfle i fuddsoddi ynom ein hunain.
Fel llawer o sefydliadau cymunedol bach, rydym mor brysur yn darparu prosiectau ac yn cefnogi pobl fel mai anaml iawn y cawn gyfle i gamu'n รดl a chryfhau'r sefydliad y tu รดl i'r gwaith. Diolch i Comic Relief, rydym wedi gallu gwella ein systemau, buddsoddi mewn hyfforddiant a datblygiad staff, adolygu ein cyllid, cryfhau ein trefniadau llywodraethu a chreu cynllun cliriach ar gyfer y dyfodol.
Mae'r grant wedi ein helpu i adeiladu sylfeini cryfach, gan sicrhau y gallwn barhau i ddarparu cyfleoedd creadigol, mynd i'r afael ag unigrwydd ac arwahanrwydd cymdeithasol, cefnogi pobl ag anghenion dysgu ychwanegol, a chreu gofod cymunedol cynhwysol drwy'r celfyddydau a cherddoriaeth.
Yn bwysicaf oll, mae wedi ein helpu i ddod yn sefydliad mwy cynaliadwy, yn barod ar gyfer pennod nesaf ein taith.
Hoffem ddiolch o galon i Comic Relief am gredu mewn sefydliadau llawr gwlad fel ni ac am gydnabod bod buddsoddi mewn seilwaith, staff a chynaliadwyedd yr un mor bwysig รข chyllido'r gwaith rheng flaen.
