We moved house, the lads smashed Swansea Sprint Tri, SSRC Saturday was HOT (thanks to & Pete for taking the group ❤️) and we took part in the 98K cycle with almost 2000m of elevation…bosh.

We hope you have enjoyed this weekend as much as we did ✌️
