Our Newport Scouts AGM is tomorrow evening — and there’s still time to join us!
We’re looking forward to an evening of reflection, celebration and community as we come together to look back on the past year, celebrate our amazing volunteers and young people, and look forward to another exciting year of Scouting across Newport.

📍 Industrial Automation & Control (IAC), Delta House, Meadows Road, Queensway Meadows, Newport, NP19 4SS
A change of venue this year:
Our AGM is usually held at John Frost School, but unfortunately delayed building work means that the hall is currently out of use.
We’re therefore very grateful to IAC for hosting us at Delta House this year and look forward to welcoming you there.
What to expect:
The AGM is your opportunity to:
✔️ Hear from the District Trustee Board and Newport District Team about what we’ve achieved over the past 12 months
✔️ Take a look at our accounts and how we’ve supported Scouting across Newport
✔️ Ask questions about the work and future of the District
✔️ Celebrate our incredible volunteers and inspirational young people with special awards
✔️ Catch up with friends, leaders and fellow supporters of Scouting across Newport
Whether you’re a leader, parent, supporter, trustee, or simply someone who loves what Scouting brings to our community, we’d love to see you there.
Come along and help us celebrate another fantastic year of Scouting in Newport, recognise the amazing contribution of our volunteers and young people, and look forward to the year ahead.
